PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE

I received a call this morning from Ram Couriers confirming that they have my cellular delivery and are at my compant receiption. I arrived at receiption 2 mintues later and the receiption informed me they left. I called the couriers and they informed me that that they can come back to deliver only tomorow. At 16:03, i received a call from Peter who then told me that the delivery is at my receiption and he even did a conference call and connected me to the delivery guy named Israel. I told this guy to wait a few minutes and he must not leave and i will be there.
When i get to receiption again, i was advised that they left already. These guys have no patience as i arrived on both occasions within 5 minutes. I called the couier company immediately from my cell and a lady said that somebody will call me. Its now 16:43 and no call... i then called back and had no joy!!! To top it all this guy Peter and said that they have been trying to call me the entire day. My phone is a contract with Cell C can they pull their records to see if the Courier Compant tried to call!!!
