Delivery Guys Were Rude, Left With My Package

I ordered a cellphone from Vodacom and Rams did not call me to arrange for delivery. They just called me to tell me that they are on my door to deliver the cellphone. I told the lady on the phone that I am not in my flat, but I can only collect the delivery in thirty minute's time. She kept on pestering me with phone calls and i told her the same thing. When i got to the delivery point, the delivery guys were about to leave and i stopped them to and told them that i was there to collect my delivery. The one who was on the passenger seat told me that i should wait for the other guys because they don't have time for. He then told me that i do not have respect for elders by making them wait for me. Then they left me waiting without giving me my package.

They were rude, and treated me like i owed them something.
