Farmers sit without signal, Vodacom does nothing

Vodacom does nothing regarding poor receiption on Farm and surrounding area's. We can not call the police as there is no receiption? During every attempt I make to call Vodacom 100m away from my house the line cuts off about 3 to 5 times. - It is now 1 month and 1 week later since Vodacom acknowledged my complaint, still nothing has been done regarding our complaint of no receiption on the farm. We have been complaining since Oct'12 and Vodacom does nothing. I am told the booster has been approved to be installed, when? they cannot say. Vodacom does not report back nor do they want to give me a number to talk to the installers. Is this customer service? Is this how little Vodacom feel for Farmers? CEO Pieter Uys said. "The role we play in our customers' lives has changed - connectivity has gone from a convenience to a basic need, and we need to turn our business on its head to make sure that we cater for this." Peter I know you are to busy for a customer, but Pieter Uys, while you sleep safe at night, just now, your customers and their children can't phone the police in an emergency, and we paid our bill like every other month on time so that your family eat and sleep safe
