Card delivery

I am expecting a card delivery from FNB today and the following has occurred. I initially received a call from the courier informing me that they have received my card for delivery from FNB and when would be the best time to deliver. I informed them that i work underground and would not be available until after 4pm. The lady i spoke to said i had to leave proof of residence and my ID and ID copy at the procurement/delivery stores department at my place at work. I then told her that my fiance would be available for collection. My fiance got a missed call on my phone as she was expecting the call and called the driver back at 1pm. The driver said he called on the phone and no answer so he passed the mine and did not enter to make a delivery. She then asked him to return but he refused and said he was on his way to Bethal, at the time, he was 5-10min away from her. He then got cut off and when she called him over and over again, he then did not answer. She then called the Head Office and 2 consultants promised to call her back after speaking to the driver and this was not done. Then at 3:30pm, when i came from underground, she was on the phone with the 3rd consultant. Still no respons
