MTN wont let you cancel your insurance

When calling the MTN Insurance call centre and selecting the option "Cancel insurance" the line goes dead. When selecting the option to speak to a consultant the line rings for over 15 minuets! When I try and call MTN about the matter I am told that only MTN Insurance can cancel my insurance however they are unreachable. I am now at the end of my tether as I have tried everything to try get hold of them including speaking to a consultant on webchat, emailing the company and phoning. I have been with MTN for more than 5 years and I am shocked that they have let the ball slip. I have also read on forums of others who have had the same problem as me and it appears that the line is no longer active but this is the only number on the MTN website!
