Insurance Claim FRUSTRATION!!!

I am typing this email because I am EXTREMELY IRATE WITH MTN...
My phone is damaged and have been calling the ENTIRE day to try and submit my claim... 1st of all, it is really not smart that I cannot call the 808 number from any MTN number, I had to run around the whole office looking for people that are on MTN contract...
I have called MTN help desk at least 8 times today, 5 of the times I got cut off before I could even get through to an customer care consultant, and the other 3 times all the consultant told me to take my phone to the nearest MTN store, the 3rd consultant even told me that I should go to the store where I purchased the phone with a copy of my contract... Now, I have moved from Joburg to Cape Town, this was not going to be a viable option..
I even tried to call the Insurance line directly on 083 123 6084, at least 5 times and I have to admit, this ranks high up on the WORST insurance 'customer care' lines I have ever come across... Firstly the line does not have an option to submit your claim!!! Secondly, I held on for a total of 25min across 3 tries.
All I want is to submit my claim to an insurance company that I pay monthly..
