Over two weeks to process an upgrade, after being assured that it was in process and the delay was due to some staffing issues, but on track once more. After four separate follows ups, we were told stock delays were now the hold up and after contacting the Retentions department today, the upgrade was not even lodged in the system by the store.
We are a 13 year customer of the company, this is beyond bad service.
