Incorrect number of SMSes in an SMS bundle

I have a Vodacom Simcard that I use for my alarm system. I buy an SMS bundle and the system sends an SMS to specific numbers if the alarm is activated. I usually buy a 200 SMS bundle from an FNB ATM. I was surprised when the alarm stopped sending messages. Usually I would just buy another SMS bundle but on this occasion I decided to check. I found that i only used 192 SMSes. What happened to the other 8. I reported this to their call centre on the 12 May 2013. I was given S3-TPC3C-CHYMU as my reference number. I was told that someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours. I am still waiting. I also sent an e-mail to their contact us address and am also still waiting for a response. Every time I call their call centre I am cut off. I find that this takes bad service to the extreme. Maybe it is time to change service providers.
