A year back I renewed my contracted. I changed from a R300 top up to a R200. When renewing the contract I was not informed of a R99.00 handset charge. My first months billing came through with this extra R99 charge added to it. Upon contacting the call centre they told me this charge is extra for the phone. They told me they would have said this on the call. I requested the recording. 5 similar phone calls and 3 reference numbers further and I still have not received this rumoured recording. I would love to finally receive some feedback or any form of response.
