I applied for a Galaxy S4 Straight up 100 contract at the Vna water front in cape town. After waiting for a long period of time, the contract was approved and I went home with it. Yesterday after checking my balance, I noticed that I had more data than usual. I called the account department and they told me there's nothing they can do other than deactivate it (which I told them to do). But they also said, I'm still going to have to pay for that data which I did not use (usage history can confirm that). I am not happy that the guys who activated the services are not double checking what they are doing or just don't know how to do things. This is the second time this has happened to me! It's a complete waste of my time and to the people that have to sort these things out.
