Wait a month for no repairs

Sent blackberry 9900 in for repairs waited 21 days (waited a month the first time). Only thing they did was "replaced the unit" with a more damaged one. It kept rebooting and battery % drops from 85% to 15% in a matter of seconds in front of Nashua people in Wonderboom Junction. Now i have to wait another month without a mobile device due to negligence from Nashua. The type of service one gets after years of mayoralty to them. Pathetic Service.
