Account and billing error due to inept staff

I asked for an early upgrade and that same afternoon I was contacted. So to get business and my... money, they were fast. I was told that I could get the phone now but the contract special I chose (R399pm 1.2gb data with a Galaxy S4) would only kick in at the normal time and I would have to stay on my normal contract until then. I insisted that I was given a R75/500mb data plan with it because going from Blackberry to Android. A month into the deal I received a courtesy call to tell me my account was approaching R1000. I started complaining. I did speak to a guy (Sidefree) eventually. He told me that Cell C had messed up and that they could only reverse the charge once it had been processed. It was processed over a month ago. R1700 went off my account as opposed to my usual R400 or so PLUS the R150 data bundle I added meaning my bill should have been no more than R550. To be safe, I added another data bundle giving me 1gb of data. My next bill is going to be over R800, because things still aren't activated. They have all the proof in their recorded calls. Cell C used to be awesome, but this is pathetic.
