Keep billing me incorrectly

I did an upgrade at Nashua Mobile sandton city in October. They've been incorrectly billing me seperately for things that waspart of the upgrade. Every month another amount goes off my bank account which they incorrectly billed me for. First they took almost R7000 off my bank account for the device which was incorrect. Now they've taken R765 off my account for a one off invoice for migration. I have never seen this invoice neither have I been told about this. Client service cant explain why and I cannot get hold of Sandton City. Surely they cannot just keep taking money of my account as and when it pleases them without my consent! Furtermore they never explained to me how the data packages work and only after receiving 2 very expensive data accounts did I get an explanation from the call centre. This is really bad and shocking service.
