No response on my billing query. When I did my upgrade I was billed incorrectly. Nashua Mobiles consultants gave me the wrong PUK number while on holiday. The result I was that I had no service for 3 weeks. I went to Nashua Mobile in East London and they could not assist me. I want credit for the no service and incorrect billing
