Once again I feel like I'm really "winning" with Nashua Mobile!!!

Last week I get a sms from Nashua stating that my account is in arrears.

Funny thing that, as YOU debt my account every month with the amount outstanding!!!

So I call in (at my own cost, as Nashua doesn't have a toll free number, thanks for really putting me first!!!) and I get told that it was an error on YOUR side, an invoice has been incorrectly allocated to my account. Not sure how that is possible in this day and age of automated billing and integrated accounting systems (how archaic are you).

Three days later my account is amazingly blocked, after you have "sorted" the problem out!!! You really seem to know what is going on guys well done!!!

Now I have been on hold (at my cost once again) for 20min for you to figure out a problem that you "solved" three days ago, so efficient!!!

Your service is pathetic; this is the third consecutive month that I have had a problem with you!!! How do I get out of my contract please tell me!!!

I would also like compensation for my lost revenue based on the amount of time I have spent on calls to you.
