Shocking service and over billing of clients

We are constantly incorrectly billed by Nashua, monthly they have a new excuse. Last month they forgot to load my husbands data bundle so they charged us for data out of bundle as well as charging us for a 500mb data bundle, after a few phone calls i got this sorted out! The month before they incorrectly charged us for two data. Now this month i am still waiting for a call back from Julianne the manager (I logged a call with Jonathan om 08/07/13) re my husband being incorrectly charged for sms's, on the 8th July he had sent 494 sms which seemed excessive but Jonathan said Julianne would give us a call to sort our account out as we constantly getting incorrectly billed by Nashua. Ref for this was 3001064565. It is the 15th July and i have heard nothing.

In June on my Cell C line i saw i was being charged for airtime when i still had (dialed the number to check), i logged a call with Nthabeleng who confirmed i had just over 6 hours left. I have phoned on several occasions to sort this out as a credit note has still not been issued. on 12/07/13 she phoned to say no i didn't have airtime left but had no proof of this, her system showed on my 1st call that i did but now she claimed NO.
