Just once again a normal request thats made my blood boil. Tank You telkom very much AGAIN!!!

I have requested a ADSL Line speed upgrade from a 1meg to a 4meg. This request was done on Thursday. Its Sunday and still no upgrade (passed the 72 hours). Really... 72 hours to make a simple and small change on the exchange.

I saw that somebody tried something on my line on Friday. And your operators with a very bad attitude confirmed that the technician did try to do the upgrade but there was a error. But as you can imagine Telkom staff wont fix it they will leave it just for another day.

I cant wait for a competitor in the telecommunication sector so I can get Telkom out of my life. You guys are pathetic!
