Last week our ADSL and telephone lines went down and I logged a fault report, 2 days later a technician arrived and determined that the fault was a damaged Telkom line. The technician said that the fault would be repaired by latest Tuesday this week, it is now Friday and we still have no indication as to when they might arrive. I have escalated the fault several times and have had a call from Telkom saying that they do not know when they will repair the problem. In the mean time my wife cannot work and we are paying for a non-functional service.
