Overhearing other lines still not fixed

We have 4 incoming Telkom lines. For the last couple of months, since November 2012, we have numerous cases where you are busy with a call and then you can hear one of the other lines as well. We have reported this several times. Each time a technician is sent out, they listen and then leave. The last time Telkom phoned to confirm if the problem is fixed but the technician never even pitched up! Due to the overhearing of lines, its nearly impossible to discuss confidential information over the phones as other people can hear it if they are busy with their calls and this has caused some trouble already. Can a capable technician please come to fix this and give us feedback as it feels like the technicians pitch up, do nothing and leave without letting us know what is going on. This is extremely bad service and as a business, we are suffering the consequences.
