Still waiting for LED TV, MTN not helpful

I haven't received any news about my led tv. I'm waiting 4 weeks now, the consultant sent an email to the distributor but nothing has happened yet. I was supposed to be informed of any progress. I've seen a lot of complaints on this site, so am very skeptical and would like to deal with someone who actually knows whats going on.
