Waiting 6 months for share transfe

Received a letter in July 2012 from Computershare re the transfer of Reunert Staff Shares to my individual account at Computer Share. I have submitted the required documentation. After numerous enquiries I was told the transfer will occur before end November 2012. In January 2013 I enquired re progress on the Computershare website. I was informed by Nasmeea Christian that the transfer will be done by the end of last week (3 Feb). Nothing happened. I phoned the Computershare Action line at 8h50 on the 4 Feb to lodge a complaint. Computershare claims that such complaints are lodged and that you will be contacted within 24 hours and be informed of progress. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED, it is more than 24 hours.
Computershare claims to be a professional company but looking at complaints listed on hellopeter, it is debatable.
