People DO NOT order anything from Groupon SA!!!

I ordered a Fondue set from Groupon SA on 27/11/2013 and guess what I'm still waiting. I have been phoning them on numerous occasions and still no fondue set. I have nerver come across another company with such BAD BAD SERVICE and the excuses they come with is unbelievable. First they told me its with the couriers, then they said they will have to find out whats going on (I'm still waiting), then they said that the set broke and that they had to replce it (still waiting). This morning I have received an e-mail from them as follows:
