Bad service to the extreme

I bought lounge suite end of December and I was told it will be delivered after 3 days and it was only delivered on the 11.01.2013.It was damaged and I informed Rose on the 14 January 2013 that it was damaged and nothing happened. I kept phoning the store and nothing happened still. On the 13.02.2013 I phoned the call centre to complain and the call was logged and I was given the reference no. after that nothin happened. I made several calls to the call centre and they kept saying the manager of the store will phone me. They finally fetched the suite on the 22.04.2013 and I was informed by charlotte that it will be returned in two weeks. I am still waiting for it to be returned. When I phoned Rose she said that its ready for collection that was mid May. I am suppose to be receiving a new suite now I dont know if its going happen. The suite is suppose to have Masterguard I do not know if its going happen. When I phone the call centre they always tell me the same thing, "we will phone the distributor and supplier and find out whats the delay" and I am told it will be delivered. I pay them every month without fail for goods. This is pathetic and annoying for a big company like Geen and Richards.
