6-7weeks of incompetence and other things

I wrote an email to ABSA two days ago with no results, so here's a very edited version of what's happened.
My name is Mr Macfarlane. I've been dealing with your Claims Office about the progress of the repair to my father's pool. I took over from him because he had to go to hospital for two weeks. I phoned this department on a daily basis, with no to minimal results. After having to push an elephant up a hill to get the assessor (one of two), both I've complained about. I had to ease up on the phone calls as I was back at work for a week. Then my father passed away which resulted in a week of organising his funeral. Two weeks later I phoned the department again to complain about the slow progress to a certain consultant, she got back later that day and informed me there's been no quote about the pool, today I received an email to inform me the assessor was waiting to hear from them (I'm also waiting)? The time period of the last sentence was two weeks. I am not happy, as every single step of this process has required me to push, take time off work, etc. I've been doing their work with nothing to show, but then it's not my job. I want results, quickly and efficiently. Nothing more.
