Sheer disgust!!!

I have personally been trying to set up a website hosting for our company for three weeks and to say that i am a little frustrated is a complete understatement!! I have been pushed on from person to person and NO ONE CAN HELP ME IN ANYWAY!!!

We are a business account holder and this is SHOCKING!!! Three weeks of constant phoning and nagging for assistance in this matter only to have our Linux hosting to be set up in Windows and have a message pop up on our website saying "i am a windows server i need a linux server" is embarrassing to say the least.. No one return my calls and no one can actually help me solve the problem..

Completely lost in terms of what to do three weeks of this AND STILL NO WEBSITE!!!

Cant actually believe this service, even after speaking to a "so called" manger yesterday - still no assistance or guidance on how to solve my problem.

I have been on hold for so long, that i can repeat the adverts word for word..

SO disappointed...
