I regret rendering the service of Ample Hosting without doing a reference check and looking them up on Hello Peter. They looked great from the looks of their website as well as what they advertised on their website.

I recently got a fed-up with the overall unprofessional service and lack of accountability from Ample Hosting, I decided to transfer my domain from the previous host (Ample hosting) to Mweb. Ample claim that they would do the whole migration process, but the time came they said they don't to anything but release ticket. The account is now terminated and I don't even have some much as a backup of my website, a very unprofessional Angela B was very quick to say well that is not our issue anymore. The company is a they don't have the so called 24/7 service, one battles to get through there is no way of escalating the problems. Nothing, no apology for the three weeks email down time, no apology for the business I am loosing while my website is still not operational. Now I am so tired of fighting with them. All I want now is for the problems to be rectified. They worst is they don't have a 24/7 number you can call. FALSE
