So more than 2 weeks back we changed our platform from Windows to Linux - the rep we spoke to said it's fine, and supplied an e-mail address to which we need to send our information to. They got back to us and said they need to delete our server first, which they did. Since then we haven't received any feedback on the process, even though we have phoned numerous times. All they did was keep sending us back and forth to different departments. Eventually today we got hold of someone who said they don't do platform upgrades anymore?! WTH!?? We have a home business to run and our e-mails don't work, and nothing is happening on their side. How can you do website hosting of you have no clue on what's going on? And this is NOT the first time we have received bad service from Mweb... I am disappointed and starting to think about changing to another service provider. Enough is enough!
