Inexperienced and negligent staff

Hi, please do everyone a favor and get new hosting support staff, Thapelo in shared hosting is completely inexperienced. My customers business website has been down since last night, Thapelo shows little or no knowledge how to fix this problem and has merely passed the buck to someone else. I initially asked him to recreate the hosting service and he merely just made a new public_html file and dumped my website backups in this folder. TO BE INDEXED FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO JUST DOWNLOAD!!
Now my customers service was recreated like I requested, but we now have no access to it to get the website going again. He also
He also has no knowledge of server error codes, which is apparent if you look at my support tickets.

Its been 5 hours since I called him this morning, this guy is costing my customer money
