They are totaly incompetent

We had an contract phone with them, we down graded the contract to top up. For the last 3 months they have deducted R5500.00 thousand rand from us, witch is more then we owed them. Now because of them not being able to do their jobs properly, they have caused absa to now close our bank account. I would like to know from these people if they are going to give me money, to feed my 3 year old boy since I cannot access the money in my account to buy the things he need. I have never in my life see such incompetence to not know that money was taken from people and they cannot do a simple allowcation of the money. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLEET, AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER CONCIDER THEM FOR PHONE ACCOUNTS, AS THEY ARE QUICK TO HELP BUT YOU WILL HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THEM LATER!!!
