Cancelled telkom but Im still being charged!!!

I cancelled my telkom line on the 1may 2013-i emailed through cancellation letter as per telkoms intruction. it is now the 27 June and i am STILL being charged for this service that i dont have. i want my charges to be reversed for MAY and June as it is R367 PER MONTH!!!
i was on the line with telkom for 45 minutes today and no help was achieved. impu from cancellations department advised that someone will call me tomorrow to sort this out. i wont hold my breath! my ref num is 46155354
