Why deduct money on 16th instead of 20th?

Like seriously?

You guys have a serious nerve. How dare you deduct money from my account on the 16th of November when the contract I took with you is that the money will be deducted on the 20th of every month. How dare you guys do just what wasn't in the contract. If you do not return that R250 that you deducted. I'm cancelling my contract with you people and signing up with people that actually stick to the four corners of the contract.

When I have money in my account, it's not yours for the taking. Especially on a date that we did not agree on.

So Unimpressed.
