Money from people

After a bad experience I cancelled my contract with Adt. Instructions has been given not to take money from my account but still they money from my account. After numerous phone calls they agreed to refund all my money. A week later they changed their story and only going to refund me half of the money.its now 2 months later and I have not received one cent of the money they from my account with out my permission. how can you trust people like this with your life if you cant even trust them with your money. I one phone to follow up you just get a bad attitude!!!
