I had a cell phone contract with Autopage which came to an end in October 2012. I was then due for a upgrade, . I contacted Autopage and agreed on a samsung tablet. They (Shereen, charleen Bailaa) promised me that I will receive my phone in 3 days time. I waited 3 weeks, they kept on lying to me and giveing me excuses my I am waiting so long.
After complaining about their service I than decided to cancell my upgrade in October 2012. (I am leaveing out alot of detail leading up to this point of frastation.
Autopage have been deducting money fron my account after i have canncelled my contract. I than phone and complaint about this and they told me that it was a mistake on their side and it will be rectified.
They are still deducting money from my account, on there system my account have been canncelled. When i phone i have to speak to different people but nothing get resolved. I dont know what else to do to sort out my problem. I always have to make reversals on my account, this looks bad and know i am i high risk client. I got decined on a peronal loan becauase of this. My last option is to close my acc so that Autopage dont have access to my money. Please help with any advice.
