Absa took money out of my account a R1000.00 when i asked them why, they say "oh that is because you don't have insurance on your car" when I told them I have, I am with dialdirect. And how stupid must you be not to see that the debit order comes every month out of my account for the car insurance. Is this how they treat their customers??? I am going to close my account, I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life!! Who give you the right to just take money out of people's accounts??
