Illegal sim swap

Nashua Mobile did a illegal sim swap on my account and my bank account was hacked. It has been 5 weeks and still they do not want to give me the documents that was used for the sim swap. Nashua Mobile is the!!! place!!!

I want to close my account with this place... where is the RICA documents that was summited to do a SIM SWAP!!! Nashua Mobile is the biggest in this case!!!
