In November last year, I asked Telkom to move my ADSL to my new home. They returned to say that there is insufficient infrastructure in the new house hence they cannot install a line there. As a result, I cancelled my line. I was still charged for months to come after that and even after logging a dispute numerous times, it was not corrected accurately. I actually paid more than I supposed to and Telkom owes me money. Still, there incompetent staff cannot see the problem and nobody even bothers to contact me to resolve this.

Telkom then handed me over to lawyers who now is claiming legal fees from me and even they cannot give me a reason why. I am sick and tired of these big corporates bulling people and refusing to rectify their stupid errors. As far as I am concerned, Telkom and all their staff are and refuse to listen to their consumers. Its no wonder nobody likes Telkom and think that they are the biggest joke ever.
