My cellphone contract expired, the end of the 24 months, in September 2012. I did not upgrade then, as I was waiting for a new handset to be released. I did upgrade in January 2013.

I understand that the contract does continue month to month after the expiry date, but the additional handset charge is supposed to be discontinued?

Mine was not, I did pick it up and logged a complaint at the MTN SP store in December 2012, but MTN did not even do the effort to contact me to explain. At later enquiries at the store their answer was that they cannot assist. Is the MTN SP store not the same as MTN SP?

Will I ever see my money again, or do they just keep it?
