I had my cell c contract expire in September last year. I was not notified of such expiry, hence was not provided the opportunity to upgrade or to convert my contract number to prepaid. I realized that my contract was quite old, hence decided to contact the contact centre of which I was informed that I qualify for an upgrade. I was disinterested in such, and was advised that I should submit a cancellation letter to confirm. I did so during December 2012. I was advised from the contact centre that termination will take place from end off January, as that was the term in which debits were run. Upon further enquiries I found out that the contract expired in September 2012, hence at the beginning I mentioned not been informed. I have since made numerous calls, which no satisfaction. I always receive the same feedback "on the system it asks if handset was delivered" I was told that I would have a consultant contact me, but I never receive any feeback. At present as I type this mail, I am on the line with cell c, and have been put on hold for the passed 8mins. This is totally unacceptable. Cell C ought to compensate me for these many months. I intend escallating this dissatisfaction.
