Cell C
When I take THEIR call they play music at me!

I am getting repeated calls from 2784145 - about 7 in the last few days. When I answer I just get music. How unbelievably rude is that? it's cell c music, so I know it's them. I called them back once but got a recorded message saying the number I dialled does not exist. So who do you complain to? even when they phone you they aren't available! I am going to do my best to block the number. Alternatively I might lay a charge with the police for harrassment.
