Telkom account still not cancelled

On 21 May 2013 I emailed a signed cancellation letter to Telkom Retention Centre with my telephone number 021 850 8375, address and ID number to have my business line cancelled. Up till today I still receive invoices and the line is not cancelled.
Can I please get urgent assistance from Telkom?
