Nashua Mobile was requested to cancel our contract with immediate effect on 23/11/2012. On 13/05/13 a mail was send to them once again to cancel our contract and now to refund us because they kept on deducting money from our bank account for a service not being used any more. On 13/05/13 we received a mail from Corporate Support informing us that our request has been logged, Ticket Reference: YYL-77555-21. On 23/07/13 we send another request to Nicholine Chakane of Nashua Mobile to cancel our contract and to stop billing us. She referred us to Warren Blignaut. On 24/07/13 we were informed by Warren Blignaut that the premicel line has been loaded with immediate effect and that he would discuss the credit/refund with Nicolene. On 5/08/13 we send him another mail to inform him that we were billed once again and that we need urgent reply from him. On 12/08/13 we contact Nashua Mobile telephonically at 011 207 8000. The lady at the switch board alleged that Warren is not available and refused to gave us Warren's direct contact number. Can you please assist us regarding this matter?
