ADSL line not fixed within 2 months

Two months ago my ADSL line stopped working. I've reported the problem to Telkom. After a month the problem was still not fixed. I left my first complaint on Hello Peter, after which Telkom said they will contact me with 56 hours. They did not contact me. I phoned them again about 10 times to report the problem and the reply was always the same - "The problem is almost fixed." I phoned them again yesterday to try to find out what is going on. The operator told me that he will log the problem, send me a reference number and Telkom will contact me. Up till now I have not received a reference number nor has anybody contact me. This is definitely the worst service that I have ever seen!!
