I have just found out that the termination charge for my services is R1000.00. This is something I will not accept because 1. I didn't agree to this and I was not aware that I was going to be charged more to cancel a service that started off to be the worst mistake ever. 2. How can the cancellation be double the installation? They have to do the same amount of work if not less, actually it is less, because they have to do no line of sight or setup, they are simply removing equipment, this is a 15 minute effort.

I was told this R1000 is to remove the equipment, I regard this a blatant lie. I would like to get this resolved before COB Friday. Saturday morning I'm loading a stop order on my account and you will not receive your money and I will take this matter further Monday, July 30th, 2013.

Also, please can you tell me exactly how this invoice is structured, because there is R-42.45 for the day i cancelled till the end of the month. A R1000.00 termination charge. This totals to R957.55. There is then an adjustment of R877.19 which pushed the total invoice to R2091.60. What is this adjustment?

And last night this money was debited from my account!!!???
