EXTREMELY UNPROFESIONAL, UNTRUTHFUL SERVICE!

We made a booking for a rental car at Avis, Cape Town International Airport for a planned weekend away. Pick up time was on Friday the 12th of July. The lady that assisted us name was Chantelle. She told us the car had to be back before 17h00 pm on Monday the 15th of July. She said the deposit amount will be R1000 and the amount we will pay for the car R800.So the total would be R1800. receive back the R1000 deposit when we return the car (if all is well) in - 7 working days. SHE DIDNT FIND IT IMP TO TELL US THAT ITS NOT NECESSARY TO FILL UP AFTER WE ASKED HER, AND IF WE DONT THEY WILL charge us for it!!! But our issue is, Saturday morning we received an sms notification stating that there was an amount of R1300 that was deducted from our account from Avis, CT.So I contacted them Saturday morning, saying that they will speak to their supervisor, ADAM and get back to me, still the same day. This morning I still haven't heard ANYTHING, so I contacted ADAM myself. He said he will speak to her, but shes away until Monday. If she informed us with ALL the details we WOULDNT HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE! IF THIS ISNT RESOLVED ILL TAKE THIS FURTHER. ITS SIMPLY UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL OF CHANTELLE!
