Just typing this makes my brain want to explode with fury. So many things have gone wrong with Vodacom since April. Sweet-talked into an upgrade based on, big drama to get it reverted (no action taken against employee who clearly doesn't know how to do her job, however finally reverted so no biggie), extra billing on my cellphone bill when I've had minutes upon minutes rolling over every single month - no explanation or even bothering to investigate - it is now almost July and this has been going on for two months. Next bill arrives and the same thing has happened, this time on my husband's number when he has 250 minutes of cell phone calls which he did not exceed. I have requested investigations into both matters and apart from being bounced from pillar to post or fed lame excuses have had no satisfaction. As for the query re my husband's number (which is more recent) they have not even bothered to reply. Clearly everyone in the Customer Service department has had a lobotomy (it must be a qualification to work for Vodacom!). I have NEVER experienced such shocking customer disservice EVER and after all this time I still have no reply/resolution/explanation - NOTHING.
