Hi, this complaint is for my son JJG Meyer. Last month the end of June 2013, he went to Vodacom to pay his bill, but they charged him R1500.00 extra for data and he paid every month for 4 gig. He still had 1.2 gig for day time and 2 gig for night and when he queried that the customer care tried to contact their head office but after 30 minutes he told the guy they must contact the people that worked with the statements and query it, he wont pay the extra money for the data, but will pay his bill for the cellphones. The person helped him agreed. They never called him to discuss the matter and yesterday 22 July 2013, they just soft lock his phones, so he cant phone out, just received calls and when he called customer care from his phone, they just said they cant help him. I think the people at Vodacom must wake up and make sure that their customers get better service and make sure of the data and minutes they have before they send out the statements etc. We really are disappointed in Vodacom, this is now the second time that one in our family has problems with them.
I think they must call my son and rectify his account.
