USELESS network, USELESS SERVICE

Since around 14h00 hours yesterday.
online gaming on telkom has become IMPOSSIBLE,
So for all those who wish to get a telkom uncapped account for online gaming, DONT bother.
The pings to the LOCAL SA server for DOTA2 are around 1000ms as a minimum and ranges up to couple seconds and I am located in Durban,
COD servers, wont even let you join a game.
about a few weeks ago the entire telkom network crashed and had no connectivity.
WHAT is going on TELKOM?
I am sick of this pathetic service.

Please be advised I am qualified with a bsc electronic engineer. So i have done sufficient testing to isolate the problem, which resides in TELKOM itself.

As you can see my line is fine.
SPeed test also gives me fine results if i Ping MTN SA or something. but then I again I suspect that you guys have tweaked the results from that of the [URL Removed] or detect all the test servers and give maximum performance which is very easy to implement.,
I refuse to pay for bad service. Firstly you guys are the most expensive. and not the most unreliable either?
