Incorrect deduction from Minutes allocated

I am on a Talk 200s package and get 200 My Minutes and 60 More Weekend Minutes per month.
I have logged a call last Sun - 28 July 2013 (S3-TVC3U-U0EKG) as my calculations indicate that Vodacom has been taking the duration of my calls dialled to Vodacom numbers during weekends from my normal My Minutes instead of the free 60 More Weekend Minutes. This results in me purchasing bundles of My Minutes from Vodacom who benefits from this. This has probably been happening for months now and, if true, affects all Contract holders.
Vodacom has indicated a 24 hour response since Sun - 4 days ago! Nothing happened. I have been calling them regularly and they promise to get back to me. Still nothing.
Possibly, Vodacom trying to find a way out so the balance of Minutes reset at midnight tonight. Poor customer service for sure!
I am now expecting a standard response from Vodacom stating that they will follow up on the query.
