SO I am due for an upgrade on two of my contracts.
Currently the one I am on is a talk 240 . I have around 500 minutes available. IF i upgrade to a different package all my accumulated minutes fall away after a month. SURELY THIS IS WRONG AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THESE MINUTES???
So basically what Vodacom says is I need to use all 500 minutes in the next month once I change contracts or I lose them. MY other contract there are about 400 minutes available which I assume will also be lost.
So after being with Vodcom for - 14 years It might just be time to change to CELL C, At least they have viable options on cellualr deals. Oh an to get the info from the 0821959 number took around 30 minutes. I guess they try to use all your minutes on the service call instead of carrying them over.
