Adsl wait time

Good day

I have applied for the Telkom simple package @R399
I was given a date earlier this month and a Telkom technical guys was their too install but could not install due too
Overgrown vegetation of the sort that I still cannot seem too see.
I was then given another date for the 27th or the 28th and if I hadn't called in I would not have known that this date was postponed
for the 1st of july,

Could Telkom please stick too the original date that was provided for the 27th or 28th of june
as arrangement have been put in place already
